ATTENTION PUSHING DAISIES FANS!!!
Pushing Daisies creator, Bryan Fuller, was in a panel at San Diego Comic Con today, and he spoke about our beloved show!!! There are 2 important things to note:
- DC Comics is stalling on publishing the Pushing Daisies Comic, because they don’t think there is enough interest!! (source) As you can see in the above tweet, Bryan went on to encourage fans to let DC Comics know that they want the comic! It turns out, DC Comics has an online feedback form, so please take a moment and go HERE and let them know you want to see the comic!! In the meantime, I’m going to see if I can find a physical address to send snail mail to!
- From Hollywood Reporter: “Fuller also noted that there is ‘something’ regarding Pushing Daisies that he’s working on, that isn’t a miniseries or a comic but declined to provide additional details. ‘If it doesn’t go through I look like an asshole!’ he joked.” OMG!!! I really want to know what this is!!!! It seems like, if we can show DC Comics that there is interest in Pushing Daisies, that there might be a chance of other Pushing Daisies things in the future!!
WE CAN DO THIS!!!!! Let’s band together and make this happen!!! The world needs more Pushing Daises!!!!!!!! DAISIES FOREVER!!!!
